Relevance to Me

Thursday's midterm is open guide. Today: Mid Term Prep Day 3 — the final build day. The Content Corpus covers Sep 21 – 25. Tonight all three forms print together as your midterm guide. An empty item prints as a blank.

Before you dive into your last Content Corpus, let's find out what's actually working for people.

Table Talk — how are you actually using MuggsOfStudy? (10 minutes)

  1. Silent think (~2 min): On scratch paper, write down two or three things — a study preference prompt that produced good output, an approach that surprised you, a prompt that gave useless results.
  2. Table share (~3 min): Each person shares one thing. Listen for something you haven't tried yet.
  3. Class share-out (~3 min): Volunteers share. Mr. Muggivan is listening for a novel approach (something that felt like a real "aha"), prompt exploration (did you run different prompts on the same chunk to see how the tool packages the data differently?), and any "consolidate overlap, reduce redundancy" prompt (asking the tool to clean up your notes rather than teach you).
  4. Capture (~2 min): Fill out today's MuggsOfStudy Insight Share form — one thing you'll try today that you learned from the table discussion.

Reminder: today's pipeline is the same procedure as Monday and Tuesday on a new Content Corpus — sweep, model, persist. Watch your 3,000-word study-guide budget.

Board Question

Which new prompting move from the table discussion will you try in Chunk 1 today?

Today's Pipeline · Mid Term Prep Day 3

Last day. Same three stages. New Content Corpus: Sep 21 – 25. Tonight all three forms print together as your midterm guide.

  1. Sweep the data. Open Doc 3. Read every ¶. Strike what you already know cold.
  2. Model the data. Four chunks, one per MuggsOfStudy tab. Add a study preference prompt. Generate.
  3. Persist to your study guide. Chunk 1 → item 1, and so on. Submit.

An empty item prints as a blank on Thursday. Watch your 3,000-word study-guide budget.

Work time starts now and runs until the exit ticket pops up. Goal: four filled items.
